Delara Jameh is an undergraduate student at The University of North Carolina School of the Arts where she is studying to receive her BFA in lighting.

Delara was first introduced to the concept of lighting design in 2023 and has not stoped thinking about it since. the idea of making an intangible thing such as light into a tangible art form is everything to her.

Alongside lighting design, Delara dabbles in drawing, acting, and writing. Delara was introduced to Neo Futurism her sophomore year of high school and has been infatuated with the style of theatre. She had the opportunity to intern with them in the summer of 2025 and has been inspired to continue her studies in different styles of experimental theatre.
